Our Wellness Approach

Who We Are

Hi, I'm Lindsay Mantin – a licensed psychotherapist and registered yoga teacher. For the last 20 years, I've been dedicated to supporting others, but there came a point when I realized I needed to heal myself too. As a single mom of two young kids, life threw some challenges my way, and that’s when I turned to the same practices I now share with others – yoga, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and a deep love for the outdoors.

Nature, forest bathing, and hiking are all part of my healing journey, helping me reconnect with myself and the world around me. Through these practices, I found the space to grow, heal, and rediscover my purpose.

Now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same. My approach combines my clinical expertise with holistic practices that are clinically backed, offering both traditional talk therapy and transformative tools to help you heal and thrive. Let's walk this journey together.
